Was nervous using this (my wife does not like heat), used it in a curry chicken dish. I was sparing. It gave the curry the needed oil and the chillie was yum, my wife ate it. I highly recommend this oil for curries, next step Mexican and Mediterranean dishes.
I saw the advert where the salt was used to season roast veggies, so gave it a try. WOW, the salt was a kick of flavor. Could taste the garlic but it did not overpower the veggies ... will most definitely go this route in future. I am most satisfied with this product
