Funky Ouma Loyalty Program Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to the Funky Ouma Loyalty Program (“Program”). This Program is designed to reward our loyal customers. By participating in this Program, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Funky Ouma and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Enrollment

I. Eligibility: To enrol in the Program, you must be 18 years or older and have an active account with Funky Ouma.
II. Enrollment Process: To participate, log in with the same details used when completing a purchase on our website.

Earning Points

I. Points Earning: 

   – Bronze Tier: Earn 1 point for every Rand spent.

   – Silver Tier: Earn 2 points for every Rand spent.

   – Gold Tier: Earn 3 points for every Rand spent.

II. Bonus Points: 

   – Review a Product: Earn 500 points.

   – Video Review: Earn 1,000 points.

   – Feedback: Earn 500 points.

   – Referral: Earn 500 points when your referred friend makes their first purchase.

Redeeming Points

Points Redemption: Every 100 points can be redeemed for an R5 discount on any purchase. Points are redeemable at any time.

Point Expiration

Points will expire 3 months after being awarded if not redeemed.

Accountability and Liability

Funky Ouma is not responsible for tracking or notifying you regarding the expiration of your points. It’s your responsibility to track and redeem your points.

Program Modification and Termination

Funky Ouma reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or any aspect thereof, at any time and without prior notice.

Acceptance

By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by these Terms of Service.
